Hearing the opponent announce himself, Yin Seventeen used telepathy to ask Ruolan, “Is there really a crocodile god named Sobek among the Olympians?”

Most Greek deities resided in a place called Olympus, known as the divine realm, separated from the mortal world.

The young woman pondered for a moment and frowned. “I don’t recall hearing of such a god. It’s probably one of those evil gods from beyond the heavens.”

Evil gods who disturbed the earth came not only from Olympus, but also from beyond the stars.

This Sobek, a crocodile god they had never heard of, must be one of those outsiders.

“From beyond the heavens?”

Yin Seventeen was equally at a loss with this deduction.

The name Sobek was far too unfamiliar; he had no recollection of it whatsoever.

Outside the passage, the crocodile warrior Hill sneered at Gamian. “Now that you know our origin, you can close your eyes in peace!”

Even before his words finished echoing, he ignited his cosmos and charged forward.

“Death’s Kiss!”

In an instant, the power of his cosmos transformed into a gigantic crocodile-shaped force that enveloped him, its gaping maw lunging straight at Gamian.

Seeing the ferocity of the attack, Gamian dared not take it head-on. He twisted and leapt away, narrowly evading those bloodstained jaws.

“You dodged the first strike—what will you do about the second?” came a cold laugh from above.

"The Maw of Death!"

Gamian didn’t look up, but thanks to his keen sixth sense, he was already aware that this was an attack from the crocodile warrior Cork.

“Night Assault of the Crows!”

Without hesitation, he punched upward.

The power of his cosmos instantly transformed into a flock of black crows, meeting the giant crocodile that was descending from above.

Boom!

The crows and the crocodile collided, annihilating each other in a violent explosion—neither able to overcome the other.

Yet the force of the blast sent Gamian flying.

At that very moment, the third crocodile warrior, Fuli, finally made his move.

He too ignited his cosmos, transforming into a giant crocodile that pounced at the airborne Gamian.

“Not good!” Gamian thought to himself.

Their strengths were nearly equal, but the three opponents were working in perfect coordination.

Now, with their timing impeccable, Gamian had no chance to respond.

In an instant, the crocodile form of Fuli caught the defenseless Gamian in its jaws.

“Got him!”

Seeing this, the other two crocodile warriors were overjoyed.

At the same time, Gamian, in a panic, sent a mental message urging Yin Seventeen, “Aren’t you going to act yet?”

“Don’t rush me, I’m already coming!”

Just then, Yin Seventeen ignited his cosmos and charged in.

“Careful! Someone’s attacking!” The two crocodile warriors, sensing an exceptionally powerful and aggressive cosmos surging out of the passage, hurriedly warned their companion.

“Relax, no one can save prey once it’s in a crocodile’s mouth!” said Fuli confidently, still in his crocodile form.

“Death Roll!”

This move, like a crocodile’s spinning attack, would shred whatever was in its jaws.

However, just as the thought occurred to him, before he could even begin to roll, that overwhelming cosmos had already burst onto the battlefield.

The intruder’s speed was far beyond their expectations.

“Sacred Sword – Sever!”

In the instant all three were within range, Yin Seventeen swung his arm, sending out three arcs of silvery sword energy.

The pitiful trio, whose strength was only on par with Gamian—around five thousand times the speed of sound—stood no chance facing Yin Seventeen’s full power, which was a hundred thousand times the speed of sound, especially with the element of surprise. They had no time to react.

By the time they sensed danger, the silvery sword energy was already upon them.

Slash! Slash! Slash!

The sword energy pierced through their bodies. The three stood frozen, their actions abruptly halted.

“How could this be…” Crocodile warrior Hill was dumbstruck.

But before he could finish his sentence, his body split in two, collapsing to the ground in a pool of blood.

Not far away, the old priest who had been watching was equally stunned.

He had thought there was only one Silver Saint, but hadn’t realized another was hidden, and an even stronger one at that.

Without even donning his Sacred Cloth, with a single move, he had slain and dismembered three Silver-ranked crocodile warriors.

It was truly terrifying.

“Lord Recton, save me!” the old priest screamed as he fled.

“Do you think you can escape?”

Having slain three in one blow, Yin Seventeen did not pause but pursued the fleeing old priest.

The old priest’s strength was even less than that of the three Silver-ranked crocodile warriors. The enemy was drawing closer, and he was powerless to escape.

Within the underground city, the other crocodile warriors heard his cries and hurried over.

Unfortunately, those Bronze-ranked crocodile warriors were even weaker than the old priest. Before they could even arrive, the old priest had already been intercepted.

“Die!”

Yin Seventeen raised his hand in a knife strike.

At that very moment, a wildly powerful cosmos erupted from the temple behind them.

“Who dares run wild in Lord Sobek’s divine domain?” Recton roared.

Seeing Yin Seventeen barring the old priest’s escape, Recton licked his lips.

“You look delicious!”

At the same time, Yin Seventeen noted the half-human, half-crocodile figure surging from the temple and frowned slightly.

“The situation is getting tricky,” he thought.

The cosmos radiating from this foe was at least equal to his own—perhaps even greater.

Moreover, judging from the current circumstances, if he insisted on killing this evil god’s follower, he’d never have time to evade the monster’s attack.

Right now, without his Sacred Cloth, taking a direct hit would be unwise.

Once injured—especially under the suppression of the evil god’s domain—the subsequent battle would turn against him.

Weighing his options, he chose to abandon the kill and rapidly retreated to the side.

“Rampaging Charge!”

Like a meteor, Recton crashed to the very spot where Yin Seventeen had just stood.

Boom!

The impact shattered the ground within nearly a hundred meters.

The poor old priest, having just escaped Yin Seventeen, could not escape Recton’s indiscriminate assault. He was severely wounded, half his body buried in the earth.

“Sorry, sorry! I didn’t mean to hurt you!” Recton scratched his head, glancing at the battered old priest. Yet, his flippant tone betrayed no sincerity.

“Hey, you’re that… what’s it… Saint, aren’t you? Looks like you’re more formidable than the last two!” He turned his crocodile head toward Yin Seventeen.

“You even smell delicious. I bet you’d taste great!” He sniffed the air and added.

“The last two? So it seems Moses and his companion fell to your hand,” Yin Seventeen thought, instantly guessing the fate of the Whale and Jackal Saints, and secretly channeled his cosmos into the ring on his left hand.

In a flash, the ring transformed into a beam of silvery light that soared skyward, then scattered into countless points of light that enveloped him.

As the radiance faded, Yin Seventeen stood clad in a suit of gleaming silver armor, edged with pale blue trim.
