Chapter 21: Lin Yuwei, Satiated
Lin Yuwei knew Qin Feng’s temper all too well.
If he said it, he would do it. He would not hesitate to dump all the food she dreamed of into the trash just to punish her for being "disobedient."
Everything that happened last night was still fresh in her mind—the humiliation, the shame, and the immense, overwhelming satisfaction of having her stomach filled with delicacies. These two extreme emotions intertwined, leaving Lin Yuwei’s mind in total chaos.
She was like an arrow already released from the bow; there was no turning back. She was like a train speeding along its tracks, pushed forward by a massive, unstoppable momentum.
Moreover... her stomach let out a pathetic growl.
On her phone screen, those crystal-clear shrimp dumplings and the golden, glistening chicken feet held a lethal temptation for a girl who loved food. Just as she wrestled with her conscience, an inexplicable urge rose from the depths of her heart, rapidly spreading through her limbs. It was an indescribable sensation, as if a voice deep within her body was telling her: *Go. Obey him.*
The system’s "Obedience" buff was silently doing its work, dismantling her final psychological defenses and tearing away her last shred of dignity.
"Whew..."
Lin Yuwei let out a long breath and sat up in bed.
"Fine. After the first time, there’s always a second..."
Lin Yuwei pushed aside her bed curtains and saw Geng Xuan and Pan Yu still inside their own. Aside from trips to the restroom, they hadn't climbed down since yesterday. She didn't want to wake them, so she climbed down quietly and headed to the balcony bathroom to wash up.
The cold tap water splashed on her face made her feel much clearer. Looking at her own peerless beauty in the mirror, Lin Yuwei’s expression grew complex.
Back at her bed, she pulled the curtains shut and opened her wardrobe. Inside hung the dresses she once loved, each one representing her pride as the former campus beauty queen. Now, those days were in the past. She needed a new "battle armor."
Her gaze finally landed on a pure white cotton dress. It was simple, without any unnecessary decorations, save for a thin ribbon at the waist. This dress made her look innocent, harmless, and even somewhat fragile. She took off her pajamas, put on new lace lingerie, and slipped into the white dress. The hem fell just above her knees, revealing a pair of straight, slender calves. She didn't wear makeup; she simply combed her long hair, letting it fall smoothly over her shoulders.
After finishing, she looked at her blurry reflection in the wardrobe mirror. A girl as pure as a neighbor's daughter stood quietly before her. Only she knew that beneath this pure skin lay a heart that was slowly decaying.
She coughed—a soft sound, yet enough to wake the two people outside the curtains. Geng Xuan and Pan Yu poked their heads out simultaneously, looking at her with sleepy, weary eyes.
"I’m going out for a bit," Lin Yuwei said, her voice flat but carrying an unquestionable tone. "You know the deal—keep it a secret!"
Geng Xuan and Pan Yu nodded hurriedly, their eyes filled with awe, envy, and jealousy. They knew where Lin Yuwei was going and what she was doing. Of course, they wouldn't judge her... giving in to survive was nothing to be ashamed of.
Lin Yuwei stopped looking at them, turned, opened the dormitory door, and walked out.
...
Lin Yuwei took a deep breath, smoothed her hair, and suppressed her chaotic thoughts. The corridor leading to Room 301 was only a few meters long, yet it felt like a long, agonizing walk to a trial. Every step felt like she was trampling on her own self-respect.
Finally, she stood before the door of 301. She raised her hand, her knuckles hovering in mid-air, before she hesitated for a moment and knocked gently.
*Knock. Knock-knock.*
The door opened almost immediately. Qin Feng stood behind it, smiling, as if he had anticipated her arrival. His gaze swept over her from head to toe, lingering on her deliberate attire.
The white sleeveless dress was her favorite. The fabric was light and soft, clinging to her youthful, graceful curves. The A-line hem fell just above her knees, showing off her straight, slender calves, while the thin straps traced her beautiful shoulders and delicate collarbones. She had even worn a new set of lace lingerie—her final, secret piece of dignity.
Her long, silky hair hung loose behind her. Without the embellishment of makeup, her clean face looked even more innocent, though her bright, wide eyes hid an undeniable panic. She was like a lily stubbornly blooming in ruins—fragile, yet magnetic.
A hint of appreciation flashed in Qin Feng’s eyes. A campus queen is a campus queen; even in her helplessness, she was captivating.
"Yuwei, you look beautiful today."
"Thank you," Lin Yuwei whispered, avoiding his gaze.
"Come in."
"Okay."
Qin Feng took her snow-white wrist and pulled her into the room, locking the door of 301 with a click.
Qin Feng smiled. "Let's skip the small talk and get straight to it, shall we?"
His directness made her heart tremble. The vanity she had felt from her careful preparation was instantly shattered.
"Um... whatever you want."
What else could she say? She lowered her head like a lamb waiting for the slaughter.
*Boom!* Entering the system space.
Lin Yuwei felt her vision blur as the world spun. The next second, the familiar and oppressive environment of the dormitory vanished, replaced by the white, sterile space she both knew and feared.
A rich, enticing aroma of food drifted into her nose. Her gaze was immediately drawn to the exquisite meal spread across the table—the Cantonese dim sum Qin Feng had shown her on his phone.
Qin Feng led her to the table. "Yuwei, look at this. Crystal shrimp dumplings. The skin is as thin as paper, filled with large shrimp. A five-star hotel would charge 160 yuan for a serving."
"Crab roe siu mai, topped with golden crab roe, bursting with the fragrance of pork and fresh shrimp."
"And this—steamed chicken feet in black bean sauce, melting in your mouth, stewed until tender and flavorful."
Qin Feng described the dishes with such passion, teasing her better than any food show host. Lin Yuwei’s throat moved involuntarily. Her stomach let out a distinct growl, and her mouth watered uncontrollably; she was barely holding back the urge to lunge at the food.
Seeing the campus queen in this state, a smile curled at the corners of Qin Feng’s mouth. "Do you like it?"
There seemed to be a shimmer of light in Lin Yuwei’s eyes as she looked at the food and nodded heavily. "I do."
"Do you usually like eating this?" Qin Feng continued to tease her.
"Yes, Cantonese dim sum is my favorite." Her voice carried a hint of a sob—the grievance of extreme, unattainable desire.
She thought that in the next second, Qin Feng would let her sit down and enjoy the feast. However, Qin Feng suddenly pulled his arm back and swept her up into his arms.
Lin Yuwei gasped, instinctively wrapping her arms around his neck. "Ah! You..."
Qin Feng didn't give her a chance to speak. He carried her straight to the familiar large white bed, laid her down gently on the single mattress, and pressed his lips against hers.
Lin Yuwei’s mind went blank. The aroma of the food and the aggressive scent of the boy mingled, leaving her completely disoriented.
"Wait, wait!" Lin Yuwei struggled, turning her head away to offer a weak protest.
Qin Feng stopped, looking down at her from above. "Wait for what? Yuwei, you don't realize how delicious you are yourself!"
Lin Yuwei was desperate. "No! Shouldn't we eat before doing this?"
Wasn't that how it was last night? Let her eat her fill, then...
Qin Feng laughed, a hint of a cat playing with a mouse in his expression. "No, the rules have changed today."
"Today, I eat you first, then we eat the food!"
Lin Yuwei closed her eyes in despair.
"Ah, mmm, oh!"
...
Ten minutes later.
Lin Yuwei lay on the bed, staring blankly at the pure white ceiling. "Are you done?" she asked softly.
Qin Feng rolled off the bed, wiping the light sweat from his forehead. "Done. Sorry, I was a bit hungry, so I wasn't in the best state." His tone was as casual as if he were discussing the weather.
Lin Yuwei sat up in silence, picked up a tissue, and gently wiped the sweat from Qin Feng’s brow. "Then... can I eat now?" Her voice was filled with humble pleading.
Qin Feng glanced at her and waved his hand. "Go ahead!"
The moment she received permission, Lin Yuwei seemed to be injected with infinite energy. She didn't even have time to put on her dress or take a shower; she jumped off the bed naked and rushed straight to the dining table.
She was like a beast that hadn't eaten in three days and nights, grabbing a crystal shrimp dumpling and shoving it into her mouth, swallowing it whole before she could even savor the flavor. The piping-hot filling burned her, causing her to exhale sharply, but it didn't slow her pace at all.
Siu mai, chicken feet, custard buns...
She devoured everything like a whirlwind.
Because Qin Feng had broken a sweat and felt sticky, he went to the bathroom to shower. When he emerged, feeling refreshed, he was stunned.
On the table, there was nothing left but a mess of empty plates and bamboo steamers. Lin Yuwei was holding the very last golden shrimp dumpling, her hand still suspended in mid-air, her cheeks bulging like a hamster stealing food.
Seeing Qin Feng come out, she froze in fear. She struggled to swallow the food in her mouth before saying, with a sob in her voice:
"I'm sorry, Qin Feng, it was too delicious. I... I accidentally... ate it all. You won't blame me, will you?"
Qin Feng: "..."
He looked at the empty table, then at Lin Yuwei’s pitiful expression, and couldn't help but let out a wry laugh. "It's fine. Go ahead."
He paused, then added, "There’s plenty of food! Come back tonight, and I’ll treat you to some Shanghai cuisine."
Hearing this, Lin Yuwei’s mouth watered again, and her guilt deepened. "I'm sorry, I ate your share too, I'm really sorry."
Qin Feng walked over to her and reached out to wipe the golden filling from the corner of her mouth. "Haha, it's fine. I eat you, you eat the food—it’s only fair. But, you’d better think of a way to make up for your mistake."
Lin Yuwei’s heart sank. She knew Qin Feng wouldn't let her off easily. The evil thought that had been circling in her mind all night now surfaced clearly.
She looked up, her eyes flashing with a mix of cunning and resolve.
"I... I'll bring Tang Tang over tonight, okay?"
Qin Feng’s movements stopped. He narrowed his eyes, staring at Lin Yuwei. "Tang Tang?"
The school's universally recognized top beauty? The star student of the dance academy?
Lin Yuwei nodded vigorously, as if to add weight to her words. "Yes, Tang Tang! I'll bring her to compensate you, okay?"
The smile on Qin Feng’s face slowly widened.
"Alright."
